AD(H)D Evaluation

A comprehensive evaluation is the first step to understanding if you have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD)and the type that you may have. During the evaluation process, I want to learn as much as I can about your current life challenges. I also want to know if you have had prior psychological evaluations and the feedback you have received from the most significant people in your life.

We may determine that you do not have ADD or ADHD at all. Instead, your inattention might be caused by a different psychological condition. You may also have ADD/ADHD in combination with another condition. Whatever your symptoms, it is important to understand their cause, so that you can start on a path toward improvement. Together, we will review the results of your evaluation and create a plan of action so that you can manage your symptoms and lead a productive and successful life.

Where to Begin

If you would like to get started on your pathway to success, please complete the Adult Application form or Child Application form found on this website and e-mail it to me at: DrFreed@Thecenterforattention.org.

Then, use this website to schedule an initial 30 minute telephone consultation. We will develop a plan together to approach your ADD or ADHD testing and assessment process.

I look forward to talking with you.
